About Us
Started in 1992 by Allen Stuthard in London, Ohio as Stuthard Mobile Lock Shop following a long career in the automotive industry. Allen operated the business for 30 years, limiting operations in 2022 for a more retired lifestyle. In 2025 Allen’s grandson Kurtis Gilley, learned the locksmith trade, purchased the company and relocated the business to Hartville, Ohio under the name Stuthard & Gilley Lock Solutions, merging the two names to carry on Allen’s legacy, serving the NE Ohio markets. Both Allen and Kurt are United States Army Veterans continuing on a heritage as a veteran owned lock shop.
